  • Our Nation, Sight, Vision, Our Eyes

    Proverbs 29:18
“Where there is no revelation, people cast off restraint; but blessed is the one who heeds wisdom’s instruction.”

This nation is suffering because of its lack of vision of Who God is. Our nation is losing itself because it’s losing sight of God. Why are we losing sight of God? Because we are too busy trying to figure out how far we can push the line before what we are doing is considered sin or wrong. Instead of focusing on the things we want to do or think we want to do we need to start focusing on what God is instructing us to do and what His Word says is right and just. We are losing sight of what our country was founded on and what we as a church are suppose to do to preserve it’s traditional values and morals. This nation was founded on God and until we give it back to Him it will continue to fall apart and fall into a downward spiral. We can be the change, but first we need to ask God for the vision. We need to see Him again and we can only do that y repenting and asking Him to reveal Himself to us once more. God wants us to be leaders, so let’s start leading. God wants this nation’s heart back.
In Exodus 20:4-6 God says “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. 5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 6 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.” This nation has put it’s list for sin over God and God doesn’t take it lightly. God wants our souls back and we need to ask for His forgiveness and ask for His sight back and when we do He will forgive us just as He has promised in
1 John 1:19 where it says “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” Our nation can be saved but it starts with us and a repentant heart to our God and Saviour. Through Jesus we have hope and a future.image

  • Who Are We?

We can not physically see our dreams, yet we envision them. We can not touch them and yet we feel them. Even in all this we still believe in them. It doesn’t matter how hard things get we still chase after them, pursue them.
We can not physically see God yet we envision Him. We can not Touch God and yet we feel Him. And though He’s always here we still deny Him. We run from God, and why? Why can we believe in our dreams and yet not believe in the very God that gave us the eyes to see, the ears to hear, skin to feel, and a heart to dream. The earth, the trees, the dirt, the rocks do not have ears to hear, eyes to see, mouths to speak and yet the Bible says “the whole earth cries out for the Redemption of man” and when Jesus was crucified and His blood hit the earth it quaked. The earth was redeemed and it cried out, it shook.
Why? Why do we think we are better? Why is man so haughty as to ignore our God, our Saviour? Who are we that we should deny the Creator of anything? Who is man that he should betray his Maker?
